To accurately keep your accounts up to date, we will need the following information, each period:
- Monthly statements
- Bank Credit Cards
- Loans
- Weekly information
- Invoices
- Bills
- Receipts
- Payments
If your statements are incomplete, you will need to provide missing information through a monthly spreadsheet. This can include:
- Vendor or Customer name
- Split amounts
- Type of Payment
- Income/Outgoing wire/ACH’s
Please provide all required information on your statements, so that we can ensure an accurate update to your accounts. Please review our policy to understand how we protect your identity and business information. We will contact you should we need any additional information. We will complete your update and provide you with a bookkeeping report via email.
The data we provide is secure, and, in addition, we can provide you with a QuickBooks® backup for your own record. Weekly clients will have remote access to QuickBooks® Online services, as well.
