QuickBooks Yearly Analyzes Offsite

This great package is for small business owners who need a peace of mind knowing if their transactions are being posted correctly and reconciled on a monthly basis.
- Yearly review of posted transactions
- Verify bank/credit card statements reconciliation amounts match with QuickBooks balances.
- Review total amounts for deposits, ACH, EFT, wires, checks and etc.
- Summary report with any discrepancies
- Yearly Accounting/Tax tip newsletter
** Review of (1) entity/company book, 1 checking accounts and/or 1 credit card statement up to 500 transactions
* Prior to commencing any bookkeeping services for an existing book (chart of accounts). We must review and determine a health check for the books statue to verify if all the general ledgers accounts were set up correctly based on industry, categories, item list, class list, inventory and other related items.
A QB analyzes report will be provided upon completion showing the condition of the books. This service does (not) include the actual reclassification, revised COA, reconciliation or editing of any transactions. Time of delivery is approx – two weeks + depending on size of the file and years of accumulated transactions.
