** Review of (1) entity/company book, 1 checking account and/or 1 credit card statement up to 500 total combined transactions for one year or less.

* Before commencing any bookkeeping services for an existing book (chart of accounts). We must review and determine a health check for the books’ status to verify if all the general ledger accounts were set up correctly based on industry, categories, item list, class list, inventory and other related items.

( If you’re only looking for a second opinion of your books’ conditions, then a QB analysis review to verify the health condition of your current recordkeeping). A detailed report will be provided with all errors, discrepancies, reconciliation problems, etc and other related issues that were not allocated correctly during the closing of each month

 This service does (not) include the actual reclassification, revised COA, reconciliation or editing of any transactions. Time of delivery is approx – two weeks + depending on size of the file and years of accumulated transactions.
